DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, equips you with essential skills like emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness. These skills will serve as invaluable tools as you navigate the complexities of life.

Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm EST

*Runs for 24 consecutive weeks excluding holiday weeks. Full schedule will be provided at the start of the group.

All “group-only” clients (aka clients with an individual therapist OUTSIDE of Daisy + Co. Therapy):

MUST complete a group intake session with one of our therapists prior to starting in group. 

45 min “Group-only” intake session fee: $170

Please inquire about sliding scale pricing for this if needed.

*Please note, we are not in network with any insurance companies at this time.*

We are, however, happy to provide you with superbills for partial (or full) reimbursement of your group session fees, if your insurance plan makes you eligible. We also may have sliding scale spots available.
