Questions about therapy

How much are your services?

Session fees differ by therapist. The fee ranges below are for Individual Therapy sessions which are 45 mins in length.

Sliding scale sessions are available, but are limited. If you’re looking for sliding scale session fees, please reach out to us. 

  • Licensed Therapists: $170-200 USD
  • Pre-Licensed Therapists: $170 USD
  • Pre-Licensed Psychologists: $200 USD, $250 for 90 min sessions (only applicable when certain treatment methods are being utilized)

We are not in-network with any insurance companies.

This is to ensure we can provide you and your loved ones with the high quality care you deserve without interference and limitations being imposed by insurance companies. Despite this, many of our clients receive reimbursement for some (or all) of our session fees by submitting superbills to their insurance companies on a monthly basis.

The superbill will notify your insurance company of the payments you have made for our services and based on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for a portion (or all) of the fee back. We provide all of our clients with insurance bills on a monthly basis for this reason. 

We have partnered with Mentaya to help our clients save money on therapy. Use the tool below to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

Additional questions about getting reimbursement for our services? We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider directly as coverage and reimbursement rates differ from plan to plan.

Sliding scale sessions are available, but are limited. If you’re looking for sliding scale session fees, please reach out to us.

Currently we do not have a low-cost option, although our team members do offer a range of price points. Check out our team page to find the therapist who best fits your needs.

Yes we do! Our team provides online therapy across Pennsylvania and in-person therapy in Philadelphia

Absolutely we can! Our clinicians are equipped to provide virtual therepy sessions across Pennsylvania. This means that even if you reside in rural areas, you can still access the support you need from the comfort of your own space. Additionally, some of our therapists are licensed to provide therapy in Florida, Delaware, and other states. Please contact us to inquire about therapy outside of Pennsylvania.

The length of therapy really depends on what you need and what you’re going through. Some people might only need therapy for a short time, like a few weeks or months, especially if they’re dealing with a specific problem or something tough that just happened. But others might stay in therapy longer, maybe even for a few years, if they’re working through bigger or more complicated stuff, or if they just want to keep growing personally. How long you stay in therapy is really up to you and what you’re dealing with. You and your therapist can talk about it and figure out what’s best for you as you go along.

Think of therapy not so much as a one-time fix, but more like a journey where you can learn a lot about yourself. Therapy helps you pick up new skills and find better ways to handle your feelings or habits that might be giving you trouble. A lot of people find that therapy helps them understand themselves better, solve specific problems, feel better mentally, and make positive changes in their lives.
