Areas of Focus

Each of us has the capacity to feel alive and connected. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults to uncover their true wholeness, which may be clouded by challenging behaviors or feelings such as shame, anger, anxiety, grief, or hopelessness. I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, attachment and relationship issues, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, sexuality and gender expression, creativity and self-esteem.

I have training in modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic therapy, Somatic and Mindfulness techniques, Play therapy, Sandtray, and Expressive Arts. My background in art and dance inform my attunement to what cannot be expressed in words. I draw from these techniques, tailoring my approach to fit the unique needs and goals of each individual.

My style is warm, strengths-based, relational, and experiential. We will bring awareness to the causes of your concerns and interrupt challenging patterns by cultivating new possibilities during our sessions – rewiring neural pathways, unburdening core wounds, and creating lasting, embodied transformation.

Training and Experience

The revolutionary act of treating ourselves tenderly can begin to undo the aversive messages of a lifetime.
